The beginners are trained to start by knowing the six main principles of concentration, centering, control, breathing, precision, and then flow for about six weeks. The body will develop muscle -memory,  and smoothness of the movements will follow.

As you get used to the whole process, you will improve your current intensity, add to the resistance, and then try more different variations. Do not stick to the basics. You have to apply some varieties to your workout.

Repeat the instructions over and over again, and make sure to follow every detail that your trainer teaches you. Soon, you will notice that the six-pack abs that you have been longing for are step by step developing for your body.

Hey I know about Pilates this exercise program is very popular unfortunately I’m not in exercise self discipline I do like group this is easier because I do not like exercise just for exercise I do like Group because we having fun…But I know here in Montreal we have some women group that gadder Thank for all you information Erika

    When I had a back injury, several years ago, Pilates, Yoga (along with a Korean type of energetic movement called Chun Do Sun Bup), helped me to totally heal my body. I even took a basic teacher training in Pilates. As a former professor of health and physical education, I was doing Pilates and Yoga way before most people had even heard about it.
